RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPEAL - TOWN OF QUEENSBURY VS.
CITY OF GLENS FALLS ET AL
RESOLUTION NO. 274.95

WHEREAS, there is currently pending the matter of the Town of
Queensbury vs the City of Glens Falls et al and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury after careful
consideration of this matter with the Town Attorney and outside
counsel has determined that it would be appropriate to file for an
appeal in connection with said action.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Attorney to immediately file a
notice of appeal in connection with the aforesaid matter.
