RESOLUTION HIRING MICHAEL PLUNKETT, OF COOL INSURING AGENCY, INC.
CONCERNING RISK MANAGEMENT SURVEY

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
hire Michael Plunkett, of Cool Risk Management Services to provide
a risk management survey,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the retention of the services of Cool Risk Management
Services to perform a risk management survey, at a sum not to
exceed $8,000.00, and to be paid for from Account #01-1910-
4400-1910, provided that the person assigned to provide the
services or supervise the project will be Michael C. Plunkett,
Assistant Vice President, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement in a form to be approved by the Town Attorney,
for the retention of the services of Cool Risk Management Services,
consistent with the terms and provisions of this resolution.
