QUEENSBURY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has received
notice from the Queensbury Economic Development Corporation (QEDC)
that there are vacancies on the Board of Directors for the QEDC,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, after
giving due consideration, does hereby appoint Mr. David DeMarco,
Ms. Debra Skinner, and Mr. George Geotz as Directors to the
Queensbury Economic Development Corporation effective immediately.
Duly adopted this 15th day of May, 1995, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Turner, Mr. Champagne
NOES : None
