RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF PROOF OF CLAIM
REGARDING AMG INDUSTRIES

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has received notice of
commencement of a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in
the matter of AMG Industries, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Town Attorney has advised that the Town should
file a Proof of Claim in connection with certain amounts owed for
money loaned to AMG Industries, Inc., and
WHEREAS, a draft of the Proof of Claim, subject to revision,
if necessary, has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the filing of a Proof of Claim for any amounts owed by
AMG Industries, Inc., to the Town of Queensbury and further
authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the Proof of Claim on
behalf of the Town of Queensbury and any affected districts in a
form to be approved by the Town Attorney.

vote:
