RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING REGENCY PARK ASSOCIATES

WHEREAS, there has been presented at this meeting a proposed
Stipulation of Settlement in connection with the Regency Park
Associates Assessment challenges,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the aforementioned Stipulation and authorizes the Town
Supervisor to execute the same on behalf of the Town of Queensbury
and to the extent necessary, also authorizes the Assessor to
execute the same.
Duly adopted this 19th day of June, 1995, by the following
vote:
