RESOLUTION APPROVING PROOF OF CLAIM
RESOLUTION NO. 367, 95

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is currently maintaining a
zoning enforcement action against John and Rita Flynn, and
WHEREAS, the above captioned defendants have filed for
bankruptcy, and the Town Attorney has advised that it is necessary
to file a Proof of Claim in Bankruptcy,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the Proof of Claim that has been presented at this meeting
and authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute the same on behalf of
the Town.
Duly adopted this 19th day of June, l995, by the following
vote:
