RESOLUTION HIRING CLEANER
RESOLUTION NO. 369, 95

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, there is a vacancy in the Building and Grounds
Department in the Cleaner position,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to hire Mr. William
Manny, Jr., as a Cleaner working on the Third Shift, effective
Monday, June 26, 1995, at the hourly rate of $9.46 per hour, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that Mr. Manny will be placed on a six month
probation period, with previous longevity for time served working
in the Town Highway Department (Employee #908) to be credited to
him, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to complete any necessary forms to effectuate this
resolution.
