RESOLUTION REGARDING SETTLEMENT IN ASSESSMENT LITIGATION-REGENCY

RESOLUTION NO. 347.95

WHEREAS,
the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed the
Assessment litigation entitled Regency Park Apartments verses the
Town of Queensbury with the Town Attorney and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED,
the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves
a settlement which would entail the following assessments to be
established for the following years:
1991 6.5 Million
1992 6.5 Million
1993 6.5 Million
1994 6.5 Million
1995 6 Million and with the understanding that the
Assessment would also remain the same at 6 Million for 1996.
Duly adopted this 5th day of June, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Mr. Caimano, Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mr.
Champagne

ABSENT: None
