RESOLVED,
to name Thomas K. Flaherty Water Superintendent as the
authorized person to make change work orders not to exceed five
thousand dollars ($5,000) for the addition to the Water Treatment
Plant, with the understanding that all appropriate paper work and
change orders will be forwarded for execution and approval of the
Town Board.
