RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE ORDER
TO REFURBISH SEPTIC AND LEACH FIELD FOR TOWN OFFICE
BUILDING AND HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has
previously adopted purchasing procedures, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said procedures, a contract in an
amount greater than the amount of $5,000.00, up to New York State
bidding limits, must be approved by the Town Board before said
contract is entered into, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to refurbish the septic and leach
field for the Town Office Building and Highway Department, and
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor has received three proposals for
the necessary work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves of a proposal
Queensbury Sewer
submitted by to refurbish the septic and leach
field for the Town Office Building and Highway Department in the
total amount of $13,500., said proposal to be paid for from Account
No.: 74-1620-2899 in the amount of $6,750.00 and Account No.: 89-
5132-2899 in the amount of $6,750.
Duly adopted this 12th day of June, 1995, by the following
vote:
