RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANOPY ON
TOWN OF QUEENSBURY COURTHOUSE LAWN

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd. has requested
permission to place a canopy on the grounds of the Town of
Queensbury Courthouse Lawn on Glenwood Avenue on August 12, 1995,
and
WHEREAS, Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd. has provided a Certificate
of Liability Insurance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd. to place a canopy on the
Town of Queensbury Courthouse Lawn on Glenwood Avenue, on August
12, 1995, in accordance with the attached letter.
Duly adopted this 10th day of July, 1995, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Turner, Mr. Caimano, Mr. Champagne
NOES: None
