RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. 381, 95 CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO 1995 BUDGET

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
adopted resolution no. 381, 95 to amend the 1995 budget, and as
part of the resolution, authorized the transfer of $200.00 to
Account No. "01-3620-1060-0002 (Asst. Bldg. & Zon. Enf. Officer
Overtime)," and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
amend said resolution such that the transfer should be to Account
No. "01-3620-1370-0002 (Asst. Bldg. & Zon. Enf. Officer Overtime),"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends resolution no. 381, 95, to read as set forth hereinabove.
Duly adopted this 17th day of July, 1995, by the following
vote:
