RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FURTHER COMPENSATION TO SCOTT HARLICKER

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Mr. Scott Harlicker, previously an Assistant Planner
for the Town of Queensbury has left the employ of the Town of
Queensbury, and at the time of his departure, had accrued 129.63
comp hours, with said comp hours equal to one hundred and fifty
percent (150%) of overtime hours,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and approves the compensation of Mr. Scott Harlicker in
the amount of $1,587.91, to be paid as and for comp time, said
payment to come from Account No.: 01-8020-1610.
Duly adopted this 21st day of August, 1995 by the following
vote:
