RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING HARRON CABLE ADVISORY BOARD

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of creating a Harron Cable Advisory Board to study cable issues
affecting the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, Advisory Boards are authorized to be established in
accordance with §3-4 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
creates and appoints a 5 member Harron Cable Advisory Board, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Harron Cable Advisory Board be composed of
the following individuals:
1) Mr. Cullen O'Brien;
2) Dr. Paul Arends;
3) Mr. Chris Norton;
4) Mr. Gary Gifford; and
5) Mr. Jim McCarthy, Jr.
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
makes particular note of the procedures that Advisory Board must
follow, and the Executive Director shall provide each Board Members
with a copy of Chapter 3 of the Code of the Town of Queensbury.
