RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING TOWN ASSESSOR
RESOLUTION NO. 488.95

WHEREAS, the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York
provides that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury shall
appoint an Assessor who shall serve a term of six years, and
WHEREAS, the term of Helen C. Otte, the current Town of
Queensbury Assessor, will expire on September 30, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of re-appointing Ms. Otte to the position of Town Assessor for
another six year term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Ms. Helen C. Otte to serve as Town Assessor, said term
to expire on September 30, 2001.
Duly adopted this 11th day of September, 1995, by the
following vote:
AYES : Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mr.
Champagne
