RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING MEMBER TO CEMETERY COMMISSION

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Cemetery Commission, and
WHEREAS, the present term of Mr. Robert Edwards expired in
June of 1995,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
re-appoints Mr. Robert Edwards to serve as a member of the Cemetery
Commission, said term to expire on December 31, 1998.
Duly adopted this 2nd day of October, 1995, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Pulver,
Mr. Champagne
