RESOLUTION REJECTING KELLY SPRAGUE MOBILE HOME APPLICATION
RESOLUTION NO. 533, 95

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Connie Goedert
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury after
considering all of the facts and reviewing the Sprague application
with the Town Attorney and hearing from Mike O'Connor as well as
Jeff Friedland attorney's for various interested parties determines
that it's appropriate to reject the Sprague application due to the
factsdoes not comply with the particular sections of law for which
an application is needed and recommends that the applicant come
back with a new application under Section 113-12-B3.
Duly adopted this 16th day of October, 1995, by the following vote:
