RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE FOR CHRISTMAS TREE
LIGHTING CEREMONY

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury will hold its annual tree
lighting ceremony during the month of December, and
WHEREAS, this is a public event to which all the residents in
the Town of Queensbury are invited, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
appropriate funds for refreshments and other related expenses
associated with the event, in an amount not to exceed $500.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
appropriates the sum of $500., for the purposes of paying for those
expenses associated with the tree lighting ceremony, including
refreshments, costs associated with retaining a Santa Claus, and
photographs, with the same to be paid for from the Celebrations
Account No.: 01-7550-4400.
Duly adopted this 20th day of November, 1995 by the following
