RESOLUTION REQUESTING EXTENSION OF COMMENT PERIOD

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has received
notice that the comment period on the Lake George Park Stormwater
Management Program is set to expire November 8th, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board feels that it would be appropriate and
would like to request an extension of the comment time for a period
of thirty days,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to draft a letter and request that
the comment period on the Lake George Park Stormwater Management
Regulations be extended until December 8th, 1995.
Duly adopted this 6th day of November, 1995, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Pulver,
Mr. Champagne
