WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by
Resolution No.: 554, 1995, authorized the retention of CTM
Laboratories for water testing and sampling at the Town of
Queensbury Landfill, and
WHEREAS, CTM Laboratories has withdrawn their quote,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
rescinds Resolution No. 554, 95 which authorized retention of CTM
Laboratories for water testing and sampling at the Town of
Queensbury Landfill.
Duly adopted this 4th day of December, 1995, by the following
vote:
