APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury by previous
resolution no. 515, 95 dated October 2, 1995, re-appointed Mr. Paul
Davidson and Dr. Charles Hauser to serve as members of the Board of
Assessment Review, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Town Board of the
Town of Queensbury that Dr. Charles Hauser's previous term expired
in 1992 and therefore, his current term should expire in 1997 and
not the year 2000,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends resolution no. 515, 95, such that Mr. Paul Davidson is re-
appointed with the term to expire on September 30, 2000, and Dr.
Charles Hauser's term is to expire on September 30, 1997.
Duly adopted this 4th day of December, 1995, by the following
vote:

Mr. Champagne
