RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF SEWER TAXES TO WARREN COUNTY

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury owes Warren County $19,869.72
for taxes for the Central Queensbury Quaker Road Sewer District
relating to the settlement of back assessment claims, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer District has available appropriations to
pay the County in its 1995 budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
authorizes the payment of $19,869.72 to Warren County, with
payments to be made from Account Number 032-1930-4400 (Judgments
and Claims).
Duly adopted this 18th day of December, 1995, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mr.
Champagne
