Dear Craig:
Per our discussions, our office did not prepare site design documents for the referenced property,
however we have been involved on a regular basis during construction completing septic system
installation inspections and stormwater and erosion control inspections.
I have inspected the site recently and the work is completed in general conformance with the
approved plans, and in conformance with the record survey submitted by VanDusen and Steves
Land Surveyors. Landscape plantings have been installed and turf areas have been
hydroseeded.
Based upon our periodic reviews throughout the process, it is my opinion that the site has been
developed in general conformance with the approved site plans.
