RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION
OF GARAGE DOOR OPENERS

WHEREAS, the Facilities Manager has requested a resolution of
the Town Board authorizing the purchase and installation of garage
door openers, the total cost of which for the 1995 year will not
exceed $7,225.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Facilities Manager to purchase the garage door
openers and arrange for the installation services indicated through
Overhead Door Company and provided that the sum does not exceed the
amount provided in this resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the purchase and installation of the garage
door openers shall be from Account No.: 01-5132-4400.
Duly adopted this 27th day of December, 1995, by the following
vote:
