RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPERVISOR TO SIGN CONTRACT
WITH THE AMERICAN LEGION
RESOLUTION NO. 30, 96

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of entering into a
contract with the American Legion, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid contract has been reviewed and is
presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the contract set forth above, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that payment due on said contract be paid from
account 001-6510-4400 (Veterans Services).
Duly adopted this 3rd day of January, 1996, by the following
vote:
