RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPERVISOR
TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH CHAPMAN MUSEUM

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of entering into a
agreement with the Chapman Museum, and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid agreement has been reviewed and is
presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the contract set forth above, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that payment due on said contract be paid from
account 001-7520-4400 (Historical Property).
Duly adopted this 3rd day of January, 1996, by the following
vote:
