RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RETENTION OF THE SERVICES OF
AMTEK MANAGEMENT SERVICES CORP. (AMTEK) FOR ADDITIONAL WORK

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
authorized the retention of the services of Amtek Management
Services Corp. (AMTEK) to provide various personnel services, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that AMTEK perform additional
services, i.e., creating three additional job descriptions, i.e.,
for the Facilities Manager and the Senior Citizens Coordinator, and
Building Inspector at the cost of $85 for each, for a total cost of
$255.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves and authorizes the additional services of Amtek Management
Services Corp., (AMTEK) as stated in the preambles of this
resolution, at the total cost of $ 255.00, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the costs of the services authorized herein
shall be paid for from Account #01-1430-4400.
