082.96 RESOLUTION RENEWING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION RESOLUTION NO.: 82, 96 INTRODUCED BY: Mrs. Betty Monahan WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding between the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Town of Queensbury to renew an agreement of cooperation under §150501 of the Environmental Conservation Law has been presented to this meeting, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor of the Town of Queensbury is hereby authorized and directed to sign the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the Town of Queensbury, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor shall file a copy of the executed Memorandum with the Town Clerk of the Town of Queensbury, and with the appropriate regional office of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that this Memorandum of Understanding shall take effect immediately upon its acceptance by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Duly adopted this 5th day of February, 1996 by the following vote: AYES: Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Champagne NOES: None ABSENT:None
