RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. 409, 95 AND CHANGING THE NAME OF A PORTION
OF ROAD NO. 472, MC DONALD DRIVE

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury by resolution no.
409, 95, accepted dedication of certain roads in the Hudson Pointe
Planned Unit Development, and more specifically, accepted and named
Road No. 472, which was described as beginning at the McDonald
Drive Westerly ending at Cul-De-Sac and named McDonald Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has received a
request to change the name of a portion of McDonald Drive, such
that, that portion of McDonald Drive lying and existing from
McDonald Drive westerly and ending at Hudson Pointe Boulevard would
be known as McDonald Drive, while that portion of McDonald Drive
beginning at the Hudson Pointe Boulevard and ending at the Cul-De-
Sac would be known as Robert's Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the renaming of a portion of McDonald Drive, such that
beginning at McDonald Drive Westerly and ending at Hudson Pointe
Boulevard will be known as McDonald Drive, and that portion of the
road beginning at the Hudson Pointe Boulevard and ending at the
Cul-De-Sac will be known as Robert's Road, with the measurement and
distances of said roads to be established by the Highway Department
and the records to be accordingly amended by the Town Clerk of the
Town of Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 4th day of March, 1996, by the following vote:

Champagne
