RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FURTHER COMPENSATION TO SUSAN CIPPERLY

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Ms. Susan Cipperly, an Assistant Planner for the Town
of Queensbury, has accrued 61.35 hours of unpaid overtime, with
said overtime equal to one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the
actual hours worked, since her date of employment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and approves the compensation of Ms. Susan Cipperly in
the amount of $789.90 to be paid as and for overtime, and said
payment to come from Account No.: 001-8020-1610-0002, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such payments shall fully discharge any
compensation obligation of the Town for such overtime to Ms.
Cipperly.
