RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANOPY ON TOWN COURTHOUSE LAWN

WHEREAS, the Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., has requested
permission to place a canopy on the grounds of the Town of
Queensbury Courthouse Lawn on Glenwood Avenue on May 17, 1996 for
their Annual 5K Race scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 1996, and
WHEREAS, Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., has provided a Certificate
of Liability Insurance naming the Town as an additional insured
party,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Adirondack Nautilus, Ltd., to place a canopy on the
Town of Queensbury Courthouse Lawn on Glenwood Avenue from May 17
through May 18, 1996 in accordance with the attached memo from
Chuck Rice to Fred Champagne dated March 14, 1996.
Duly adopted this 15th day of April, 1996 by the following
vote:
