On Tuesday evening, December 19, 1967 a Public Hearing was held to hear complaints or support for your application and six other Applicants. I can now report to you unofficially that your Application was granted. There was no opposition. I understand that within a" few days you will receive written notice of the decision. There was I believe,one minor stipulation regarding the setback from Birdsall Road that you will have to comply with. Your plot plan shows a dis- tance of 25 feet from the front of your dwelling to Bird • - sail Road. The Zoning Ordinance requires a setback of 30 feet. , Enclosed is your building permit.
