RESOLUTION AMENDING RES. 671, 95 CONCERNING
FEES FOR PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS - SECRETARY

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
adopted resolution no. 671, 95 which set the salaries for 1996,
including the fees for the Chairman and members of the Planning
Board and Zoning Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, said resolution failed to include the fees to be paid
to the Secretary for the Planning Board and Zoning Board of
Appeals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends resolution no. 671, 95, such that the fee for the Secretary
of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals shall be set at
the amount of $35. per meeting, said amount being retroactive to
January 1, 1996.
