232.96 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PETTY CASH FUND RESOLUTION NO.: 232, 96 INTRODUCED BY: Mrs. Betty Monahan WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHEREAS, the Town Facilities Manager has requested the establishment of a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 for use by the Building and Grounds Department for the payment in advance of audit, of properly itemized and verified or certified bills for materials, supplies and/or services furnished to the Town of Queensbury for the conduct of its affairs, and WHEREAS, such petty cash funds are provided for under §64 of the Town Law, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby approves and authorizes the establishment of a petty cash fund in the amount of $100 for the Building & Grounds Department for payment in advance of audit, of properly itemized and verified or certified bills for materials, supplies or services furnished to the Town for the conduct of its affairs and upon terms calling for payment to the vendor upon the delivery of any such materials or supplies or the rendering of any such services.
