RESOLUTION RETAINING SCUDDER ASSOCIATES
FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTATION ON DRAINAGE PROBLEM

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
retain the services of an engineering firm to provide professional
assistance in conjunction with a drainage problem which has arisen
at the intersection of Ferris Drive and Wings Court in Queensbury
Forest, and
WHEREAS, Scudder Associates Engineers, Surveyors & Planners,
in their letters dated May 20, 1996 and June 12, 1996 has offered
to perform the necessary engineering services for the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves of the retention of Scudder Associates to provide the
services described in the preambles hereof at a cost not to exceed
$3,600., to be paid for from Account No.: 01-8540-440 and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to sign an agreement for the professional services, said
agreement to be in a form to be approved by Town Counsel.
