TO LOCATE A MOBILE HOME OUTSIDE OF A MOBILE HOME COURT

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury regulates mobile homes outside
of mobile home parks pursuant to §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, James and Donna Mattison have filed an application
for a "Mobile Home Outside a Mobile Home Court" Revocable Permit,
in accordance with said §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury, to locate a mobile home at property situated at 1649
Ridge Road, Queensbury, New York, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury held a
public hearing on August 5, 1996 with regard to the aforesaid
permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the issuance of a revocable permit in accordance with
the terms and provisions of §113-12 of the Code of the Town of
Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 5th day of August, 1996, by the following
vote:
