RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS INTO
AVIATION ROAD CAPITAL PROJECT FUND

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by
resolution no. 60, 96, authorized the employment of Harza Northeast
Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers to provide
engineering and design services to develop a phased approach for
improvements to Aviation Road, said services not to exceed the
amount of $18,000., to be paid for from Account No.: 001-1440-4397,
and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by
resolution no. 118, 96, thereafter created an Aviation Road Capital
Project Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Town Comptroller has requested that the Town
Board transfer the $18,000. from Account No.: 001-1440-4397 into
the Aviation Road Capital Project Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes and directs the transfer of funds in the amount of
$18,000. from Account No.: 001-1440-4397 to the Aviation Road
Capital Project Fund.
Duly adopted this 16th day of September, 1996, by the
following vote:
