RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CURBS ON GARRISON ROAD

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury had
previously authorized the repaving of Garrison Road, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has
considered whether to provide concrete curbing similar to what was
previously on Garrison Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Garrison Road repaving project to include concrete
curbing at a cost not to exceed $17,000., such cost to come from
Town Paving Account No.: 04-5110-4620.
Duly adopted this 30th day of August, 1996, by the following
vote:
AYES : Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mr. Champagne
NOES : None
