WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has
previously established the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that Mr.
Christian Thomas be appointed as the Zoning Board Chairman,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
appoints Mr. Christian Thomas as Chairman of the Town of Queensbury
Zoning Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law.
Duly adopted this 7th day of October, 1996, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mr.
Champagne
