ASSOCIATED STORAGE FACILITIES INCLUDING CONNECTIONS
TO EXISTING 4 INCH SUPPLY PIPING

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing for the Town of
Queensbury, Warren County, New York, duly advertised for bids for
the supplying of propane and associated storage facilities for the
Queensbury Water Treatment Plant for the 1996-1997 heating season,
pursuant to Town of Queensbury Specifications, and
AGWAY PETROLEUM CORPORATION
WHEREAS, , has submitted the only
and therefore the lowest bid for the propane, and
WHEREAS, a copy of the bid has been presented to this meeting,
and
WHEREAS, Thomas Flaherty, Water Superintendent, has
recommended that the bid be awarded to the aforesaid bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury,
Warren County, New York, hereby awards the bid for the supplying of
propane and associated storage facilities for the Queensbury Water
AGWAY PETROLEUM
Treatment Plant for the 1996-1997 heating season to
CORPORATION
and that the same be paid for from the appropriate
Water Department account.
