WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, certain Town Departments have requested fund
transfers for the 1996 Budget and the Chief Fiscal Officer has
approved said requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the funds be transferred as follows for the
1996 budget:
