WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously
adopted resolution no. 463, 96 creating Emergency Medical Services
Fund No. 8, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury desires to
rescind said resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
rescinds resolution no. 463, 96.
