WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury by
resolution no. 432, 96 amended the 1996 Town Budget, and
WHEREAS, the fund transfer for the Parks and Recreation
Department set forth in such Resolution was incorrect,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends Resolution No. 432, 96, such that the Parks and Recreation
transfer portion of said resolution is hereby deleted.
Duly adopted this 18th day of November, 1996, by the following
vote:
