RESOLUTION CREATING SEPARATE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
FUND NO. 8 WITHIN THE TOWN'S FISCAL RECORDS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by
resolution no. 442, 96 authorized separate line items for fire
protection services and emergency medical services in the Town of
Queensbury tax bills, and
WHEREAS, the Town Comptroller's Office now wishes to segregate
emergency medical services funds from fire protection services
funds within the Town's fiscal records,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the creation of the Emergency Medical Services Fund No.
8 and further directs the Town Comptroller's Office to make any
necessary budget transfers and cash balance transfers to effectuate
the segregation of such funds.
Duly adopted this 4th day of November, 1996, by the following
vote:

Champagne
