RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WELL BABY CLINIC FOR 1997

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Adirondack Pediatrics Group presently services
the Well Baby Clinic every third Friday of each month at the
Queensbury Activities Center, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury desires to authorize the Well
Baby Clinic services for another year at the present cost of $100
per two (2) hour clinic,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes Adirondack Pediatrics to service the Well Baby Clinic at
the Queensbury Activities Center for the year 1997 at a cost of
$100 per two (2) hour clinic.
Duly adopted this 16th day of December, 1996, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mr.
Champagne
