RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT WITH THE
INTERNATIONAL ARTS AND CULTURE ASSOCIATION

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury is desirous of entering into a
contract with the International Arts and Culture Association, and
WHEREAS, a Contract has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Contract set forth above, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that payment due on said Contract be paid from
account 001-8989-4400 (Community Services).
Duly adopted this 16th day of December, 1996, by the following
vote:
