AUTHORIZING FILING IN CONNECTION WITH SOUTH QUEENSBURY DRAINAGE

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, by
resolution no. 67, 95, authorized drainage work in the general
vicinity of Park Avenue, Rainville Avenue, and the Boulevard in
South Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, Rights-of-Way/Easements have been executed and
delivered to the Town by Edward and Ella Harppinger, Robert
Edwards, Collette Construction, Inc., Donald Dufour, Terry and Jo-
Ann Monroe, Rodney and Eleanor Sawyer, and James Grigsby,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
accepts the Rights-of-Way/Easements referenced above, authorizes
the filing and recording of such Rights-of-Ways/Easements at the
Warren County Clerk's Office, and the payment of any fees and
completion and execution by the Town Supervisor of any other
documents that may be necessary for recording.
Duly adopted this 16th day of December, 1996 by the following
