RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOWN OF QUEENSBURY AND
KVS INFORMATION SYSTEMS, INC. FOR
SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
RESOLUTION NO. 522, 96

WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mrs. Carol Pulver
WHEREAS, KVS Information Systems, Inc. and the Town of
Queensbury previously entered into an agreement for software
subscription services, and
WHEREAS, the current agreement expires on December 31, 1996
and the Town is desirous of continuing the agreement for a period
of one year, and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement for software subscription
services has been presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves the software subscription services agreement with KVS
Information Systems, Inc. and authorizes and directs the Town
Supervisor to execute the same on behalf of the Town of Queensbury,
and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the cost of this Agreement shall be paid for
from the appropriate General Fund Account.
