RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF
CAPITAL PROJECT FUND #94 - HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION
SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner
WHEREAS, the Town Comptroller's Office has advised that
Capital Project Fund #94 - Highway Equipment is no longer needed
and therefore has recommended that the Fund be closed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
directs and authorizes that Capital Project Fund #94 - Highway
Equipment be closed.
Duly adopted this 23rd day of December, 1996 by the following
vote:
