TO DECIDE INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY

RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes Councilman
Betty Monahan and Supervisor Fred Champagne to make what ever
decisions need to be made on the insurance, the carrier and the
coverage for the Town of Queensbury.
Duly adopted this 23rd day December, 1996, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Pulver, Mrs. Monahan,
Mr. Champagne
